The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) affects almost 100 million American workers. This federal law that is always changing regulates a number of areas of wage and hour law, including minimum wage, overtime pay, recordkeeping standards requirements for both employers and employees. This two hour webinar will provide an update to major changes in FLSA enforcement and litigation trends as well as a thorough look at issues related to data collection (file format, alternative sources, etc.), samples (when to use them and how to do it properly), exposures (use to value/mediate, examine for variation), and regular rate calculations (and their impact on exposures) relating to FLSA litigation and claims.
