This program is designed for attorneys and corporate counsel.This program is a comprehensive overview of the appellate process involving experienced appellate specialists and key personnel from the appellate courts. It’s not often that a single one-day seminar will give you both a procedural overview of the process but also substantive tips on how to write briefs, present oral argument and how to position your case so as to maximize the chances of obtaining review by the Supreme Court.
