 onsumers injured by certain unfair methods of competition or unfair or dec
 eptive practices in the advertising and sale of consumer goods and service
 s. In addition\, if the consumer is a senior citizen or is disabled\, he o
 r she may be awarded an additional sum if he has suffered substantial phys
 ical\, emotional\, or economic damage as a result of the defendant’s con
