Preparing for Trial

Preparing for a Civil Trial will provide attendees with both substantive law and how-to-execute tools to be effective trial lawyers in both California state and federal courts. This is Part One of a Two Part Series. Session One will include sessions on Pre-trial preparation, research and logistics, Preparing a Witness for Trial, Developing and Delivering Opening Statements and Closing Arguments, Important Keys to Direct & Cross Examinations and Tying it all together. The curriculum is based on the extensive experience of the seasoned faculty.
