Class Actions 2020: State v Federal Filing Considerations is the second part in Bridgeport's Class Action Series. Krysta has represented thousands of plaintiffs in class action securing verdicts and settlements of over 100 million dollars.
Sean Rodriguez' practice at Boies Schiller Flexner primarily involves complex litigation, with particular emphasis on antitrust, intellectual property, technology, and finance matters. Sean has an expertise in defending nationwide class actions on behalf of technology companies. His California practice includes defending class actions and antitrust cases.
Michael F. Ram a Partner with Morgan and Morgan is a consumer class action lawyer with 38 years of experience. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1982. He is currently co-lead counsel in numerous consumer class actions, including Gold v. Lumber Liquidators, N.D. Cal. No. 14-cv-05373-RS, a certified multistate class action involving bamboo floors.
Nancy Nguyen Sims of DLA Piper is a commercial litigator focusing on complex business disputes and investigations. Nancy's litigation practice involves defending class actions in the consumer, franchise, insurance, and labor and employment spaces. Nancy also has extensive experience conducting corporate internal investigations and government investigations, including those implicating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK Bribery Act and False Claims Act, as well as handling white collar matters.

Bridgeport is a State Bar of CA provider of MCLE (Provider 11872) This program offers 1.5 hrs of MCLE. Bridgeport will assist attorneys from outside CA obtain CLE in accordance with the rules of their state.
