Mark Mao of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP is the Regional Administrative Partner for the West Coast, and his practice focuses on intellectual property, data privacy, antitrust, and class actions.

Mark's practice focuses on intellectual property, data privacy, antitrust, and class actions. He has resolved more than 400 cases in litigation, and is the go-to litigator for his technology clients. Companies look to Mark as their trusted advisor and litigator in new areas of the law and emerging technologies. In 2020, Mark acted as an outside policy advisor to one of the U.S. presidential candidates, while also working on the passage of the California Privacy Rights and Enforcement Act.

John A. Yanchunis leads the Class Action Department at Morgan and Morgan, where he has served as lead, co-lead, or class counsel in numerous class actions in a wide variety of areas affecting consumers, including Data Privacy, Data Breach, unfair and deceptive practices and multidistrict class action litigation.  He serves in leadership positions in numerous national cases including In re: Yahoo! Inc., In re Equifax, Inc., and many more.
