Environmental Class Actions Webinar

Law, science, and public policy collide in environmental class actions. While lawsuits over oil spills or toxic emissions can raise some unique questions in the context of common class action issues such as ascertainability and preemption, the lessons of the case law—like how your expert can make or break your case—apply to any complex litigation. In this seminar you will learn from experienced class action litigators and environmental law experts about how to best represent your client in environmental disputes.
