Faculty

Krysta Kauble Pachman is a Partner with Susan Godfrey where she represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial litigation, including class actions, patent cases, trademark & copyright matters, and other disputes. Ms. Pachman has scored massive trial wins, favorable settlements, and arbitration victories for her clients, who range from small businesses and individuals to Fortune 500 companies. In the last twelve months alone, Ms. Pachman has won more than $1.3 billion at trial.

In 2023, Krysta obtained one of the biggest trial wins in the country, a $330 million Final Award for her client after completing a full arbitration hearing. Pachman cross-examined the key witness at trial and was instrumental to obtaining a complete victory on behalf of her client, one of the largest independent power producers in the country.


Nancy Nguyen Sims is a Partner at Baker McKenzie in the firm's North America Litigation and Government Enforcement Group. She is a commercial litigator focusing on class actions, complex business disputes, and investigations. Her previous experience includes representing clients in commercial matters based on contract claims, unfair competition, false advertising, privacy law violations, fraud and related business torts in both court litigation and arbitration. In particular,

Nancy's litigation practice involves defending class actions in the consumer, franchise, privacy, insurance, and labor and employment spaces. Nancy also has significant experience representing franchisors in disputes with franchisees involving joint employer allegations, misclassification claims, and contract claims. She has represented clients in putative class actions and other litigation with a combined exposure of over USD 1 billion. Nancy is co-chair of the Firm’s Class Actions Group. She also serves as co-hiring partner for the West Coast offices.

Bridgeport is a State Bar of CA provider of MCLE (Provider 11872) This program offers 1.5 hrs of MCLE. Bridgeport will assist attorneys from outside CA obtain CLE in accordance with the rules of their state.
