Anna Hsia maintains a diverse practice litigating complex business disputes and counseling clients on privacy issues. Her broad clientele includes entrepreneurs, online gaming companies, cloud computing companies, biotechnology companies, and multinational corporations.
She also has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in consumer class actions, including the defense of class allegations involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”). Anna has assisted clients after data breaches, including guiding clients through the data breach notification process. She has also been on trial and arbitration teams in matters involving trade secrets and breach of contract.
Anna is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), and she has assisted clients with product development and general privacy counseling. Anna received her law degree from Harvard Law School, where she served as an Editor-in-Chief and Outreach Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.
